- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled n sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided (u mite need more)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1 or 2 pinches cayenne pepper...optional :)

Step 1PUT SLICED POTATOES IN A PIE PLATE OR MICRO PROOF PLATE N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 2 MINUTES...SLIGHTLY COOKD.

Step 2WHILE POTATOES R BEING NUKED....SAUTÉ CHOPPD PEPPERS IN A COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL.

Step 3NEXT ADD SLICED ONIONS N SAUTÉ WITH PEPPERS ADD 1/4 TSP OF EACH SALT N PEPPER....2 MINUTES :)

Step 4NOW ADD SLIGHTLY COOKED SLICED POTATOES N ADD REST OF OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH REMAINN SALT N PEPPER (N CAYENNE IF USING)....COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWND 5-7 MINUTES ...N ENJOY :)
