  • 3/4 cup green peppers, choppd
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled n sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided (u mite need more)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1 or 2 pinches cayenne pepper...optional :)

How To Make breakfast potatoes

  • Step 1
    PUT SLICED POTATOES IN A PIE PLATE OR MICRO PROOF PLATE N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 2 MINUTES...SLIGHTLY COOKD.
  • Step 2
    WHILE POTATOES R BEING NUKED....SAUTÉ CHOPPD PEPPERS IN A COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL.
  • Step 3
    NEXT ADD SLICED ONIONS N SAUTÉ WITH PEPPERS ADD 1/4 TSP OF EACH SALT N PEPPER....2 MINUTES :)
  • Step 4
    NOW ADD SLIGHTLY COOKED SLICED POTATOES N ADD REST OF OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH REMAINN SALT N PEPPER (N CAYENNE IF USING)....COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWND 5-7 MINUTES ...N ENJOY :)
