Ingredients For breakfast pizza

  • 10
    frozen hash brown potato patties
  • 2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 6
    breakfast sausage links, chopped
  • 1 can
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can
    olives, pitted and sliced (6 ounces)
  • 10 slice
    american cheese
  • 1
    dozen eggs
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make breakfast pizza

  • 1
    Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Arrange frozen hash browns in pan; sprinkle bacon and sausage pieces over top.

    Layer Mushrooms, Onions, and olives over has browns and top with slices of american cheese.

    Hand beat eggs and water, season to taste with salt and pepper, and pour over the hash browns. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minuts, or until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
