breakfast baked potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 - egg, fork beaten with a little milk
- 2 slices toast, crumbled
- 1 slice cheddar or processed cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - garlic powder to taste
How To Make breakfast baked potatoes

Step 1Scrub potatoes, but do not peel.

Step 2Slice lengthwise into fourths.

Step 3Butter a shallow microwave-safe baking dish.

Step 4Dip potato slices first into the egg, then into the crumbs to coat.

Step 5Place the slices in the baking dish.

Step 6Top with any remaining crumbs.

Step 7Dot with a tablespoon of butter, if desired.

Step 8Microbake on 100% power 3-5 minutes, or until potato is tender and batter is set.

Step 9If desired, top with the slice of cheese and microwave 1 minute more to melt.

Step 10Sprinkle with seasonings.
