Came up with this one for tonights dinner side dish.

method ---

Ingredients

7 - 8 - russet potatoes
3 - 4 pinches salt & pepper
7 - 8 pinches garlic powder
1 - handful of mccormick salad toppin "southwest"
1 - handful of bacon bits (optional)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How To Make brandy's awesome potatoes

Step 1

Wash and chop Potatoes into cubes.

Step 2

Set Oven on 400 Degrees, Spread out Potatoes onto a cookie sheet.
Step 3

Sprinkle EVOO, Garlic powder, Salt and Black Pepper onto Potatoes. Put into oven and let bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4

After Potatoes are done baking, sprinkle Salad Toppin and Bacon bits (optional) on top of cooked potatoes. Mix together, coating ingredients onto potatoes.
