Ingredients
- 12 - new potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill (or parsley)
How To Make boiled potatoes

Step 1Wash potatoes, removing any eyes. Add the potatoes to a pot of boiling water deep enough to cover the potatoes.

Step 2Boil for 20-30 minutes. (In a pressure cooker: cook for 2-3 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.)

Step 3Remove the skin after cooking, or serve with the skins on.

Step 4Toss with chopped fresh dill and melted or softened butter.
