Ingredients For boat house potatoes

1-2 lbwhite potatoes peeled

1 lgsweet onion chopped

1/2 ccooking oil
-
pinchsalt and pepper

water to cover
How To Make boat house potatoes

1In large fry pan heat oil and fry potatoes with salt and pepper until browned then add onions and brown them. While frying break potatoes up with spoon into small pieces. Stirring often.

2When fully cooked, add enough water to almost cover potatoes. Continue cooking until water is all absorbed.
