Ingredients
- 1-2 pound white potatoes peeled
- 1 large sweet onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- pinch salt and pepper
- - water to cover
How To Make boat house potatoes

Step 1In large fry pan heat oil and fry potatoes with salt and pepper until browned then add onions and brown them. While frying break potatoes up with spoon into small pieces. Stirring often.

Step 2When fully cooked, add enough water to almost cover potatoes. Continue cooking until water is all absorbed.
