Ingredients
- 8 medium yukon gold potatoes peeled and washed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - half and half enough for desired consistency
- 1 teaspoon black truffle salt or more to taste
How To Make black truffle mashed potatoes in instant pot

Step 1Place steamer in Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water. Place the potatoes in the steamer. Seal the lid select steam and set for 10 minutes. When finished do not remove the lid and let the pressure release naturally about 25 minutes.

Step 2Remove the potatoes from the instant pot and put through a ricer then mix with butter, half and half and black truffle salt.
