Ingredients For beverly hills potatoes w/ cheese butter dip

1 1/2 lbpotatoes, miniature, red & yellow (golf ball sized or smaller)

2 ckosher salt

1 stickbutter, unsalted

1 tsppepper

1/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make beverly hills potatoes w/ cheese butter dip

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the potatoes well, prick each one with a fork.

2Place potatoes in a loaf pan. Pour salt over potatoes until most of the potatoes are covered.

3Roast for 25 - 35 minutes or until fork tender. When done, break up the salt crust with a fork, pour into a large bowl or pot, remove the potatoes.

4CHEESE BUTTER: In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add pepper & cheese & stir to combine & melt. Serve as a dip with the potatoes.
