Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Simular to salt potatoes, just with an added butter dip to go along with them.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, miniature, red & yellow (golf ball sized or smaller)
  • 2 cups kosher salt
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make beverly hills potatoes w/ cheese butter dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the potatoes well, prick each one with a fork.
  • Step 2
    Place potatoes in a loaf pan. Pour salt over potatoes until most of the potatoes are covered.
  • Step 3
    Roast for 25 - 35 minutes or until fork tender. When done, break up the salt crust with a fork, pour into a large bowl or pot, remove the potatoes.
  • Step 4
    CHEESE BUTTER: In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add pepper & cheese & stir to combine & melt. Serve as a dip with the potatoes.
