- 1 40 oz cans sweet potatoes or yams drained
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup self rising flour

Step 1place drained yams in a bowl and mix with a mixer until soft make sure you get the strings off the beaters if any then add the rest of the ingred. and mix well pour into a 9x9 pan set aside then add topoping

Step 2for topping mix all ingred in a bowl make sure well mixed then pour over yam evenly bake on 375 for about 40 to 45 mins or until top is golden brown or crispy just keep checking some ovens very
