Ingredients

  • - 8 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • - 1 1/2 cups milk
  • - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • - 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • - 4 tsp. catsup
  • - 4 tsp. chopped parsley
  • - 1 tbsp. butter
  • - 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • - dash pepper
  • - dash tabasco sauce

How To Make barbecued potatoes

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in greased Dutch oven. Cover and cook 1 hour over very low heat or on one side of grill while cooking meat. Stir every 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
