  • ·
    8 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ·
    1 1/2 cups milk
  • ·
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ·
    1/4 cup chopped onion
  • ·
    4 tsp. catsup
  • ·
    4 tsp. chopped parsley
  • ·
    1 tbsp. butter
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. salt
  • ·
    dash pepper
  • ·
    dash tabasco sauce

How to Make Barbecued Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in greased Dutch oven. Cover and cook 1 hour over very low heat or on one side of grill while cooking meat. Stir every 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
