- 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
- 2 large bananas
- - olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream(or to taste)
- 1/2 cup butter
- - seasoning salt to taste
How To Make banana mashed potatoes

Step 1Cut bananas in half the long way,leaving the peels on. Brush cut side with olive oil and roast, cut side down, at 400 degrees for about nine minutes or until the tops are black.Remove from oven and peel.

Step 2Clean potatoes and peel if desired,cut into chunks, cover with water and boil until tender.Drain and mash potatoes with the bananas,add cream and butter,and seasoning salt to taste.
