Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 - onions, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make baked thyme potatoes and onions

Step 1Scrub potatoes (no need to peel, I leave the skins on)and slice thin.

Step 2Peel onions and slice thin.

Step 3Layer potatoes and onions in a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 4In a microwave safe measuring cup or small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and heat for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Pour over the potatoes and onions.

Step 5Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
