4 large baking potatoes
- coffee can & metal lid
- coals

How To Make baked potatoes in rock salt

Step 1

Place rock salt 1" deep in 3 lb coffee can.

Step 2

Place potatoes in salt without touching can or each other. Pour rock salt around potatoes. Place metal cover on can; place on bed of white coals. Place hot coals on top of can. Bake for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
