Ingredients
- 8-10 medium potatoes, baked and cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups hidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1 package oscar meyer bacon pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded monterery and cheddar cheese
How To Make baked potato salad

Step 1Baked potatoes in microwave oven according to microwave directions or in an oven wrapped in aluminum foil for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool slightly and cut into cubes.

Step 2Saute onion in the 2 tablespoons of butter until transparent or soft.

Step 3Combine potatoes, sauted onions, including butter, and the rest of the ingredients in a serving dish. Serve warm.
