Very easy to make side dish. Plenty of onions and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 large
    potatoes, cubes. i used red potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1
    envelope dry onsoup mix
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 tsp
    scallions, chopped

How to Make Baked onioned potatoes w/ cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400. spray 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Dot w/ butter. Sprinkle w/ onion soup mix.
  2. Cover dish and bake for 25 mins. Uncover, stir. Cover again and bake 30 mins. Sprinkle w/ onions and cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 5 mins.
