- 24 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- - butter, for topping

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Spread in 9x13. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
