When I wrote my bacon ranch hamburger I needed a side dish to serve with them so I came up with this recipe. I am not sure which is the best the burger or the potatoes. They were both a big hit with the hubby.

Ingredients For bacon ranch hashbrowns

6 mdpotatoes, peeled, and cubed

5 slicebacon, cooked and chopped

1 pkgdry ranch dressing mix

1/2 mdonion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced or grated

couple dashes of hot sauce

1/4 colive oil
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon ranch hashbrowns

1In large bowl combine potatoes, ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Add onions, garlic, bacon and hot sauce. Heat oil in skillet and add potato mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally,until tender and brown.
