When I wrote my bacon ranch hamburger I needed a side dish to serve with them so I came up with this recipe. I am not sure which is the best the burger or the potatoes. They were both a big hit with the hubby.

- 6 medium potatoes, peeled, and cubed
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
- - couple dashes of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon ranch hashbrowns

Step 1In large bowl combine potatoes, ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Add onions, garlic, bacon and hot sauce. Heat oil in skillet and add potato mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally,until tender and brown.
