- 7 medium russet potatoes
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles
How To Make bacon cheese potatoes

Step 1Cook potatoes, add milk and butter, mix until lump free. Add cream cheese and sour cream, chives, mix again, spread into a baking dish, top with the cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through.
