Step 1cook bacon in large non stick skillet heat till crispy remove bacon chop keep 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings add onions to bacon drippings cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2stir in potatoes cover cook on medium low 25 min or until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally.

Step 3top potato mixture with cheese chopped bacon cook till topped cheese is melted top with sour cream.
