Bacon Cheddar Potato Pancakes
4 largerusset potatoes peeled
1/3 ceach sour cream and milk
·salt and pepper
5bacon strips cooked and crumbled reserving bacon grease
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
2green onions chopped
2pieces white bread ground in food processor
How to Make Bacon Cheddar Potato Pancakes
- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water. Drain and mash with the butter, sour cream, and milk. Adjusting the milk to make sure the potatoes are not runny. Add the remaining ingredients and shape into patties.
- Pour bacon grease in non stick skillet. Add the potato pancakes and fry until crisp on each side.
