Ingredients
- 12 slices hickory smoked bacon
- 3 pounds frozen french fries
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk, 2%
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make bacon cheddar fries

Step 1Cook bacon according to directions. Set aside.

Step 2While fries are cooking, (we prefer to bake the fries) in medium sauce pan, melt butter, add flour and seasonings, mix well.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in milk

Step 4Add cheese and stir until well blended.

Step 5Pour over fries and top with crumbled bacon.
