Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby red potatoes
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 - hard boiled eggs (diced and peeled)
- 6 slices cooked bacon(crumbled)
- 1 - red pepper(diced)
- 1/2 cup chopped drained bread and butter pickles
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make bacon and egg potato salad

Step 1In pot, combine potatoes with enough salted water to cover; bring to a boil. Cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water to cool, then drain again. Halve potatoes in large bowl, combine milk, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the hard boiled eggs, red pepper, bacon and bread and butter pickles. Toss we'll.
