Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 package bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • - butter or olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons apricot jam

How To Make bacon and cheesy potatoes

  • Step 1
    Cut the potatoes in 1/2 an inch slices. Place the slices in a baking tray. Cover lightly with oil or butter. Place in a preheated oven of 400F or 200C for 40min
  • Step 2
    Cut the bacon in little bits and cook in a pan til brown. When cooken put in the apricot jam and let it melt with the bacon
  • Step 3
    When potatoes are done cover with bacon and cheese. Serve hot
