How to Make Bacon and cheesy potatoes
- Cut the potatoes in 1/2 an inch slices.
Place the slices in a baking tray.
Cover lightly with oil or butter.
Place in a preheated oven of 400F or 200C for 40min
- Cut the bacon in little bits and cook in a pan til brown. When cooken put in the apricot jam and let it melt with the bacon
- When potatoes are done cover with bacon and cheese.
