Ingredients

  • 4 c
    mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    diced lean slab bacon
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 tsp
    chives

How to Make Bacon and cheese mashed potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare mashed potatoes with butter .fry bacon and minced garlic and onion together until bacon is crisp and onion is browned drain fat .Add to potatoes ,mix thoroughly .Put chives on top
