This is a slow cooker recipe. 6 hours on low 3-1/2 hours on high.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium russet potatoes,peeled and cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 slices bacon,crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup (4oz)shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth or water

How To Make bacon and cheese brunch potatoes

  • Step 1
    SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS: Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of potatoes,onion,seasoned salt,bacon and cheese in slow cooker. Repeat layers,ending with cheese. Pour broth over top.
  • Step 2
    Cover;cook on LOW 6 hrs or on High 3 1/2 hrs. Stir gently to mix and serve hot.
