- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 slices bacon,crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (4oz)shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chicken broth or water

Step 1SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS: Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of potatoes,onion,seasoned salt,bacon and cheese in slow cooker. Repeat layers,ending with cheese. Pour broth over top.

Step 2Cover;cook on LOW 6 hrs or on High 3 1/2 hrs. Stir gently to mix and serve hot.
