  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make baby potatoes with creamy parmesan sauce

  • Step 1
    Wash the potatoes and cut in half. Place the potatoes in boiling salted water.Simmer until the potatoes are tender. Drain
  • Step 2
    Place the butter in a saucepan and melt it over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and make a roux. Cook 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the milk and whisk until thick. Season with salt and pepper. Add the parmesan cheese and cook until it melts.
  • Step 4
