Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup mini marshmallows

How To Make aunt sue's sweet potato casserole

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except for marshmallows. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 5 mins more.
