Ingredients
- CASSEROLE
- 1 29oz cans sweet potatoes (drained)
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 lg can evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 eggs large (slightly beaten)
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 3/4 stick butter
How To Make aunt elizabeth's sweet potato casserole

Step 1Mix all 'casserole' ingredients together with mixer. Pour into 13"x9" dish, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 2Mix all 'topping' ingredients together and top potatoes. Top with large marshmallows if desired. Bake 15 minutes more.

Step 3If desired, prepare potatoes, cook and refrigerate the day before serving. Also, mix topping and put in a covered jar or bowl in refrigerator. Baking will take about 5 minutes longer because the dish is cold.
