- 1/2 cup small onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup mushroom caps (diced)
- 1/2 cup deli ham (diced)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
How To Make augratin potatoes

Step 1Shred potato,

Step 2Soak in cool water this a accomplishes 2 things your potato does not get brown while you dice other ingredients.Also it releshes some of the starch.

Step 3Dice your other ingredience.

Step 4Drain your Potato. In a large skillet add 3 tablespoons butter add shredded potato, and your other ingredients.

Step 5Put on stove on medium cook till one side is brown about 10 minutes. (Depending on your stove). Turn and brown other side.

Step 6Before serving sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bon appetit.
