  • 1 medium
    potato( shedded)
  • 1/2 c
    small onion (diced)
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 c
    mushroom caps (diced)
  • 1/2 c
    deli ham (diced)
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese

How to Make Augratin Potatoes


  1. Shred potato,
  2. Soak in cool water this a accomplishes 2 things your potato does not get brown while you dice other ingredients.Also it releshes some of the starch.
  3. Dice your other ingredience.
  4. Drain your Potato.
    In a large skillet add 3 tablespoons butter add shredded potato, and your other ingredients.
  5. Put on stove on medium cook till one side is brown about 10 minutes. (Depending on your stove). Turn and brown other side.
  6. Before serving sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bon appetit.
