How to Make Argentine Basil Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Put the butter in a cast iron pan and sauté the potatoes, until they begin to brown.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds until you can smell the garlic.
  5. Put cast iron pan in oven. Cook potatoes until they are brown on outside and soft on the inside.
  6. Add the basil to the potatoes. Serve
