- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 - basil leaves

How To Make argentine basil potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Put the butter in a cast iron pan and sauté the potatoes, until they begin to brown.

Step 3Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds until you can smell the garlic.

Step 5Put cast iron pan in oven. Cook potatoes until they are brown on outside and soft on the inside.

Step 6Add the basil to the potatoes. Serve
