My family loves my potato salad and so does everyone that tastes it. I truly believe that sometimes less is more and I think that is true with this salad.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs - small red potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 4 - celery stalks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- - mayonnaise
How To Make angie's potato salad

Step 1Boil potatoes until just soft, not mushy. Peel or leave skin on, your preference.

Step 2While potatoes are still warm cut in quarters.

Step 3Chop onion until finely chopped, also chop celery.

Step 4Add to potatoes with the salt and pepper.

Step 5Add mayo according to you taste. Some like it wet, some like it drier. Mix together.

Step 6Refrigerate. Mix again before serving.
