How to Make Angie's Potato Salad
- Boil potatoes until just soft, not mushy. Peel or leave skin on, your preference.
- While potatoes are still warm cut in quarters.
- Chop onion until finely chopped, also chop celery.
- Add to potatoes with the salt and pepper.
- Add mayo according to you taste. Some like it wet, some like it drier. Mix together.
- Refrigerate. Mix again before serving.
