My family loves my potato salad and so does everyone that tastes it. I truly believe that sometimes less is more and I think that is true with this salad.

How to Make Angie's Potato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil potatoes until just soft, not mushy. Peel or leave skin on, your preference.
  2. While potatoes are still warm cut in quarters.
  3. Chop onion until finely chopped, also chop celery.
  4. Add to potatoes with the salt and pepper.
  5. Add mayo according to you taste. Some like it wet, some like it drier. Mix together.
  6. Refrigerate. Mix again before serving.
