all shook up chops tatoes & corn
This was simple but good. I was so cooking & baking out with Christmas & New Years. But we had to eat dinner. I went to the store & pick up the stuff to make this meal. Uncle liked it & asked for seconds. 1/1/12

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork chops, boneless
- 6 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 package shake n bake
- 1 can corn
How To Make all shook up chops tatoes & corn

Step 1Frist pre heat the oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Then spray with cooking spray. Next in the SHAKE N BAKE bag pour the coating and the salt & pepper. Then pour it out onto a plate. Then pat each pork chop into the SHAKE N BAKE on each side. Then place on the sheet & bake for about 15 to 30 mins.

Step 2Then clean & cubed the potatoes. In a large frying pan pour 1/2 Tbsp E.V.O.O. Frying the tatoes with seasons until fork tender.

Step 3Then in small pot warm the corn with a tsp of butter & season.

Step 4Then plate your plate & eat.
