2 mediumto large russet potatoes
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1/2 tsponion powder
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspground paprika
1 tspkosher salt
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
1/4 tspdried parsley
1/4 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Air Fryer Potato Wedges
- Cut your potatoes into wedges and dry the wedges well with paper towels.
- In a large zipper bag combine the potato wedges, oil, onion powder, garlic powder. paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook 15-20 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Cook in batches if needed.
- Sprinkle with parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
