- 2 medium to large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make air fryer potato wedges

Step 1Cut your potatoes into wedges and dry the wedges well with paper towels.

Step 2In a large zipper bag combine the potato wedges, oil, onion powder, garlic powder. paprika, salt and black pepper.

Step 3Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook 15-20 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Cook in batches if needed.

Step 4Sprinkle with parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
