- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parley, thyme, or rosemary
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
How To Make air fryer potato wedges

Step 1Cut your potatoes into wedges and dry the wedges well with paper towels. The number of wedges you cut depends on the size of the potato.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
