Ingredients For air fryer potato wedges

    large russet potatoes (or Yukon gold potatoes)
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground paprika
  • 1 tsp
    Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    chopped fresh parley, thyme, or rosemary
  • 1/4 c
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese

How To Make air fryer potato wedges

    Cut your potatoes into wedges and dry the wedges well with paper towels. The number of wedges you cut depends on the size of the potato.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

    Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Cook in batches if needed.
