How to Make 114 Candied Sweet Potatoes


  1. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 melted butter 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir together.
  2. Poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork. Boil till fully cooked
  3. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked let them cool down. Then peel and cut 1/4 thin slices. Then place in a baking pan.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the sweet potatoes bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be eaten to enjoy.
