Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water

Step 1In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 melted butter 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir together.

Step 2Poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork. Boil till fully cooked

Step 3Once the sweet potatoes are cooked let them cool down. Then peel and cut 1/4 thin slices. Then place in a baking pan.

Step 4Pour the syrup mixture over the sweet potatoes bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be eaten to enjoy.
