1Mix flour and salt together. Cover bottom of casserole dish with sliced potatoes. sprinkle with half of the flour and salt. Put undiluted soup on top in dollops, layer with sausage. Put sweet potatoes over all. (Doesn't need to cover entirely).
2Cover with foil. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour. Pour evaporated milk over all, cover and bake another hour or until potatoes are tender.
Serve with a salad and enjoy.
