Any combination of vegetables are good,it's a good way to clean out your refrigerator of leftovers.

Ingredients

2 Tbspoil

2 Tbspbutter

1/4 ccarrots, minced

1/4 cmushrooms, minched

1/4 conions, minced

1/4 czucchini,minced
-
·salt,black pepper,granulated garlic,to taste

2 3/4 cchicken broth
-
1 1/2 ccouscous
How to Make Vegetable Couscous
- In a skillet,heat oil and melt butter, sauté all vegetables until just done. Season with salt,pepper and granulated garlic Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add couscous and remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes. Add vegetables. Fluff with a fork.
Be sure to allow the couscous to absorb the liquid.
