How to Make Vegetable Couscous
- 1In a skillet,heat oil and melt butter, sauté all vegetables until just done. Season with salt,pepper and granulated garlic Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add couscous and remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes. Add vegetables. Fluff with a fork.
Be sure to allow the couscous to absorb the liquid.
