This side dish was given to my grandmother by a member of her church.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 can (10 oz.) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

How To Make tomato cheese macaroni

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and drain again, set aside. Heat soup, milk, and 1-1/2 cups of cheese over low heat. When cheese is melted, stir in parsley.
  • Step 2
    Combine with cooked macaroni. Pour all into a 2 quart casserole dish. In a bowl, mix corn flakes with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle over macaroni. Bake uncovered in oven for about 20 minutes.
