- 2 pounds grape tomatoes
- 4 ounces arugula or spring mix lettuce
- 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tablespoons assorted fresh herbs, such as basil, dill, oregano
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
How To Make tomato and blue cheese pasta salad

Step 1Prepare pasta according to package directions

Step 2Toss together hot pasta, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and assorted herbs

Step 4Stir tomatoes and cheese into pasta mixture

Step 5Just before serving stir in arugula or spring mix lettuce, adding salt and pepper to taste
