tiger macaroni and cheese
I created some brand new and delicious recipes with tiger sauce. This first recipe is a macaroni and cheese, filled with banana peppers, green peas, and tiger sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 tablespoons tiger sauce, divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 3 - banana peppers, chopped
- 1 cup crushed salad croutons
How To Make tiger macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat the bottom and sides of a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Step 4Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute.

Step 5Gradually whisk in heavy cream, half and half and 3 tablespoons tiger sauce until smooth; cook whisking constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Step 6Whisk in cheeses and black pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in peas, chopped banana peppers and cooked macaroni.

Step 7Pour macaroni mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle in crushed salad croutons.

Step 8Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with remaining tiger sauce.
