1Cook noodles as pkg. directs. Drain and rinse with cold water;
2melt butter in large pan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in flour, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually stir in milk; bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Stir constantly.
3Add cheese, stir constantly over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melt. Add noodles and nuts. Toss turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley and bake in 350 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
