Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti or angel hair pasta or 4 oz rice noodles cooked according to pkg. directions
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter, crunchy
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup scallions chopped
- 1/2 - lime juiced
- - chopped cilantro and chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)
How To Make thai sweet chili peanut noodle bowl

Step 1Cook the noodles and drain. In a small saucepan mix the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, and scallions. Cook until warmed through and mixed well.

Step 2Pour over the noodles and garnish with cilantro and nuts. Serve immediately.
