Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 6 ounces fresh, sliced mushrooms
  • 3 - green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces oriental noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

How To Make stir-fried noodles

  • Step 1
    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Heat peanut oil in uncovered wok at 375 degrees. Add mushrooms, green onions and salt; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white wine. Stir-fry to combine heat. Serve immediately.
