- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 6 ounces fresh, sliced mushrooms
- 3 - green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces oriental noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
How To Make stir-fried noodles

Step 1Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Heat peanut oil in uncovered wok at 375 degrees. Add mushrooms, green onions and salt; stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 3Add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white wine. Stir-fry to combine heat. Serve immediately.
