  • 1 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 6 oz
    fresh, sliced mushrooms
  • 3
    green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 8 oz
    oriental noodles
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine

How to Make Stir-Fried Noodles


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat peanut oil in uncovered wok at 375 degrees. Add mushrooms, green onions and salt; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white wine. Stir-fry to combine heat. Serve immediately.
