- 1/2 medium sweet onion,chopped
- 8 ounces loaf mexican-style pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
- 8 ounces container sour cream
- 10 ounces can diced tomatoes and green chiles , drained

Step 1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat;add onion, and saute' 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
