  • 1-16 oz pkg
    elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 1-12 oz can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1-103/4 oz can(s)
    condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 c
  • 4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Slow-Cooked Mac 'N' Cheese


  1. Cook macaroni and drain. Place in a 5 qt. slow cooker; add margarine.
  2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, evaporated milk, soup, milk and 3 cups cheese. Pour over macaroni mixture; stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with paprika.
