1/2 c
margarine, melted
2 large
eggs, beaten
1-12 oz can(s)
evaporated milk
1-103/4 oz can(s)
condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 c
4 c
shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/8 tsp

How to Make Slow-Cooked Mac 'N' Cheese


  • 1Cook macaroni and drain. Place in a 5 qt. slow cooker; add margarine.
  • 2In a bowl, combine the eggs, evaporated milk, soup, milk and 3 cups cheese. Pour over macaroni mixture; stir to combine.
  • 3Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • 4Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with paprika.
