slow cooked mac & cheese
I ate this @ my Sister in laws one Thanksgiving. Someone made & it was really GOOD! So I played around w/ it & made my own & my family & friends love it!!

Ingredients
- 2 cans carnation evaporated milk
- 2 cups milk, 2%
- 1 box macaroni (uncooked)
- 4 packages 8oz. of different cheese's shredded (for instant, cheddar, sharp, munster, whatever your family likes)
- 2 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt( low sodium)
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
How To Make slow cooked mac & cheese

Step 1Take onion, garlic, pepper, parsley, salt & butter & saute in a pan until the onions & garlic are lightly brown. Don't over cook. Cook for about 5 min.

Step 2While 1 STEP is cooking get your uncooked macroni put it in alG. bowl. Turn your Crock Pot on. Put the evaporated milk, 2% milk, all the shredded cheese's mix well w/the uncooked macaroni. Now put the sauteed onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, & butter, mix again very well. Pour all into the Crock Pot.

Step 3Now cook the Mac & Cheese in the Crock Pot for 4 to 6 hrs. What I do is put a timer on if I am @ home. If not @ home you can put it on low for 6hrs. if you are home you can put it on for 4 hrs. on high. Then Enjoy!!!!
