My husband's cousin made this for Thanksgiving one year and I fell in love with it! I LOVE mac and cheese as any good southern girl does! Anyway, the corn and jalapeno's were a variation all my own, since the original recipe does not call for the corn or the jalapenos. You can omit them if you like. Now I make this for all of our get together's!

Ingredients
- 1/2 block - velveeta
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 2 boxes kraft thick n' creamy mac and cheese
- 1 stick butter, cold
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 3-4 tablespoons chopped jalapeno's
How To Make sara jane's sassy mac

Step 1Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and rinse once cooked. Return all indgredients back to the pot, including the powdered cheese packets. Cook over low heat until all cheese is melted. Transfer to a greased 9x13.

Step 2Bake this dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
