My husband's cousin made this for Thanksgiving one year and I fell in love with it! I LOVE mac and cheese as any good southern girl does! Anyway, the corn and jalapeno's were a variation all my own, since the original recipe does not call for the corn or the jalapenos. You can omit them if you like. Now I make this for all of our get together's!
1Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and rinse once cooked. Return all indgredients back to the pot, including the powdered cheese packets. Cook over low heat until all cheese is melted. Transfer to a greased 9x13.
