Ingredients
- 8 ounces pkg. fine noodles uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 2 - 10 1/2 oz. cans onion soup
- 2 - 10 3/4 cans chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 - 4-5-oz. cans mushrooms, undrained
How To Make rice and noodle casserole

Step 1Slightly brown noodles in butter, add rice and mix well. Add soup, broth, soy sauce, water and mushrooms. Turn into 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10-12 servings.
